If you are looking for a fun, exciting, easy, and stress-free party you have come to the right place. Super cute tents & slumber parties for up to 8 children of any age! We offer parties and themes for all genders & ages.

How it Works.
Simply choose a theme, decide on any extras, and fill out a booking request. We recommend booking 4-6 weeks before your event. Need something last minute? We are often able to squeeze small parties into our schedule, depending on theme and location. If you don’t see a theme, you like and have something else in mind, we can still make it happen.
We create and bring the camp to you! We Deliver, set up, and Style making sure your gathering is ready for the big day. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of all the details.

Delivery within a 10 mile radius of BeaverFalls. Additional miles outside of this area will be charged a travel fee of $1.20 per mile X 4.
Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THEM FULLY BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE.
- Must be on site at the time of the delivery and set up to sign the terms and conditions.
- Any service must be paid in full PRIOR to the delivery and set up.
- Payment methods include: Venmo, PayPal (2.9% Processing Fee), Check, Cash.
Liability
- Twilight Tents will assume no liability for any damages made to property during the rental period.
- Twilight Tents will assume no responsibility or liability resulting from any accidents. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or any other medical reaction steaming from the use of our tents and accessories during the party.
- Twilight Tents will not be held liable for any claims of personal injury or death while using our equipment nor will we be responsible for accidental damages caused by your guest.
Pets and Smoke Free Requirements
- We ask that pets refrain from the party setup area.
- All parties MUST be setup in a smoke-free environment.
- We reserve the right to charge a $100 cleaning fee if the tents and party accessories are soiled with the smell of smoke.
Food, Beverages, Etc.
- Please only light snacks be eaten in or around the tent setup area. (i.e. pretzels, popcorn)
- As we don't promote drinking in the tents or near the products, please keep drinks light colored to prohibit any possible chance of staining or ruining equipment.
- Please no pens, markers, pencils, etc. These may puncture air mattresses or folding matts. Also may stain tray tables or linens.
Damages
- In the event of loss or any damage to our inventory, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client to be replaced at cost.
